My favorite holiday music stations have been playing on Pandora for several weeks now. Our Christmas tree is decorated, stockings hung by the fireside, and this weekend begins our season of holiday parties and get togethers.
Tall Dad and I adore these times, filled with family and friends, as well as some of the best eating and drinking all year. Savory, sweet, and spices fill all of my senses!
I love hosting, but sometimes the preparation process can seem a bit overwhelming. To combat stress and holiday fatigue, I decorate early and a little at a time. We did the tree one day, stockings another, outdoor decorations over a couple of days.
In regards to food during for our parties, I like to stick to easy and delicious eats. Classics. And one of my most popular dishes is my Super Simple 5 Minute Buffalo Chicken Dip.
It’s an awesome side or appetizer thats for great lifestyle choices, packs a ton of protein, and the secret ingredients are Chobani® Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt and canned chicken.
Yes, there is such thing as canned chicken – it looks just like tuna!
But by far, the coolest thing about this recipe is that it takes 5 minutes to prepare, and that clean up is one bowl — the bowl you even serve it in!!
Let me show you how I made this SUPER EASY Simple Buffalo Chicken Dip.
Cook Time: 5 mins
Key Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Non-Fat Plain Chobani® Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
- 8-oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 20-ounces of canned low fat white chicken breast in water, drained, and flaked apart with a fork
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Talk soon friends,
I was able to pick up all of the items I needed on a recent trip to Walmart. I like getting the bigger 32-ounce Non-Fat Plain Chobani® Yogurt rather than the smaller sizes, because then I use the extra yogurt for smoothies for myself and my toddler son.

Many traders choose binary options over regular stock and Forex trading, because its principles are relatively simple. You don't need to know about a hundred different factors, and worry about prices falling a few years from now. Brokers for binary options make it even easier for you to get the most out of this style of trading.
